I thought it was about time I gave Gnome a serious try (being a firm KDE user) and I have to admit I *like* what I see in 1.4 - don't know about 2.0 yet tho...
Question: I have the "applet panel" set as an "edge" panel, at the mottom of the screen, but all the icons are right-justified. Is there a way to left-justify these (I can't see any *obvious* option for this. My reason is I want to convert SWMBO from 'doze, and the more the taskbar LOOKS like 'doze, the better my chances of success.
