-> Software Engineer � Short Term Contract, with view to permanent Australian-based Company seeking a talented Software Engineer for a short term, approx 6-week total contract. The right person should have relevant experience in all the technologies below. People may also be regarded to join a team of local and international software developers on a permanent basis. You must love technical work, be hands-on and passionate about working hard to achieve deadlines and goals. Essential Functions: � 70%: Coding/Development: PHP, SQL, LDAP Linux environment. � 15%: Design: Design of new systems and architectures. � 15%: Troubleshooting: troubleshooting, bug fixing. Required Experience: � Building collaborative web based environments. � Understanding and experience in developing production class software. � E-learning / Training background will be very highly regarded. HTML, JavaScript (basic, general client side web) Apache (http) PHP C/C++ programming experience (good to have) OO experience RDBMS design, interfacing experience (MySQL) LDAP design, interfacing experience (OpenLDAP) Fast learner, self-starter, no handholding.
