Can you send some logs for the mail transaction? It's a configuration issue
(I far prefer to configure postfix by hand myself), but hard to work out
where without the logs.

In the From: header, or the envelope? If it's just the From: header that you
want fixed up, just change the mailman preferred domain configuration option
for that list.
