Assuming you want to move it directly between the servers, assuming both servers have FXP enabled and you have access, you can use an FXP utility on a client machine.

A quick google search turned up this, however, which may be even easier: http://fxp.harrym.nu/phpfxp/index.php

It's a PHP script that'll FXP stuff between servers that don't support FXP.
