maybe, or remove the sb and use the onboard one. my machine at work has one of those i810 things, I just insmod all the sound modules and see which works. It appears to be using: i810_audio ac97_codec i810 PS. you email address is coming as "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" is that right? or should it not have the "posh" bit in there?
