What's on this cd? Is it just the latest debian
or other stuff?

The content of the CD is just the first CD in the Woody r0 CD set. The sleeve carries a $5 off SLUG membership voucher (it's a corner of the sleeve that can be snipped off).

Here's what it says on the back of the CD sleeve:
____________________________________________________________

IMPORTANT - Please Read

This non-profit distribution of Linux is intended for the hobbyist, and is made available with the endorsement of the Sydney Linux User Group (SLUG - http://slug.org.au).

The Sydney Linux User Group invites you to attend their meetings where you can learn how to get the most from the contents of the enclosed CD. Information about meetings can be found on the SLUG web site. As a bonus, the corner of this sleeve may be surrendered to obtain a $5 (AUD) discount on one SLUG membership, which runs to the end of the current membership year.

The single CD in this pack is the first of seven CDs which make up the complete Debian GNU/Linux distribution (http://www.debian.org). The CD contains enough to install a system with a window based desktop and software for word processing, spreadsheets, web browsing and email ... plus lots of tools and utilities. See the file README.txt on the CD to get started.

PLEASE NOTE: Use this hobbyists distribution with care. This is highly capable and powerful software: you could lose data from your computer if you do the wrong thing. If in doubt, come along to a SLUG meeting and ask.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Debian GNU/Linux can be installed using this CD on most machines with at least an Intel 386 CPU, 12MB RAM, 110MB of disk space, a CDROM drive and a VGA display. Full details of supported hardware can be found on the CD in the doc/install directory.

The production of this CD is sponsored by OpenSkills Pty. Ltd. (http://www.openskills.com). OpenSkills develops custom software commercially, releasing the resulting systems under open source licenses where possible. We like Linux.
