Can anyone help me to get the third and fourth mouse buttons working
on my laptop?
I'm using XFree 4.2.
The relevant XFConfig-4 section is:
Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Mouse0"
Driver "mouse"
Option "Protocol" "ImPS/2"
Option "buttons" "5"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
#Option "Emulate3Buttons"
Option "Device" "/dev/psaux"

Nothing happens when I press the two middle buttons.
I've run through all the different protocols that I can think of; most
give totally erratic mouse motion.
