Just a wild guess here, but I think a scoll mouse already uses all 5
buttons.
1 - Left Click
2 - right Click
3 - middle click (click scroll wheel
4 - click up on scroll wheel (scroll up). ZAxis Mapping stuff 4
5 - click down on scroll wheel (scroll down) Z Axis mapping stuff 5

So either you need to define buttons 6 & 7 (Possibly over limit of mouse
driver from something in archives) or you need to remove ZAxisMapping if
you do not have a scroll wheel.
