Yeah so company ABC Holdings Corporation does not use an agency but puts three of its low level managers onto the job of vetting all applications. 3 x $60.00 / hour = $180 / hour round it to say $200/hour 300 applications for the Windows sys admin. Ok lets spend 15 minutes on each one and 1 hour discussion for the top 20 of them. Thats 50 hours at $200/hour = $10,000 + $4000 = TOTAL of $14,000 already + add in lost productivity cause those managers were not managing but looking over 300 applications.
