<<<DNS has nothing to do with wvdial.
Normally it would be set up when ppp negotiates the link. (Normally in
'stupid' mode)
To set DNS manually, enter the nameservers of your ISP into
/etc/resolv.conf:
/etc/resolv.conf:
nameserver <DNS-IP-ADDR1>
nameserver <DNS-IP-ADDR2>
