Good Afternoon list, I've set up a Sendmail SMTP proxy (10.1.1.1), this is used to scan mails for spam before forwarding them onto our exchange server (10.1.1.2).
This is all workng well, I used the mailertable file to set up the relaying mydomain.com esmtp:[10.1.1.2] I have now configured the sendmail server to scan for content, this is working fine and it accepts mail from our exchange server before forwarding them on. I used the access file for this. 10.1.1.2 RELAY Now. Deep breath. What is now required is for all mail that comes from 10.1.1.2 to be relayed by the sendmail box 10.1.1.1 to yet another box 10.1.1.3.
