Firstly start off with a business plan. See if it is a viable
business in your area. Be honest with your cash flow projections
you might have a lemon on your hands.

How hard is it to count out how many computers you need
multiply that number by a price you have been quoted?
Then find out how much it costs for a big ass internet
connection.
What software are you going to provide your clients?
Word, excel, games etc? Multiply the price for them
to the number of machines you intend to have.
This is only a small tip of a very large ice burg

If you know nothing about computers I don't like
your changes of being sucessful. Possibly look at another
business venture.
