Reiser3 is still in 2.6. Hans is trying to get Reiser4 in. Depending on how much of an effect Andrew Morton (HOORAY FOR THE HOME TEAM) has on the release process, I wouldn't be surprised if it's stalled until after they stabilise (post 2.6.0 final).
