When and if it is found that SCO is wrong you will be suing
a $10 million company with several billion dollars in debts.
They won't even go chapter 11, they don't have the cashflow
to prove to the authorities the could trade out of debt. You
could sue them for a million bux and you may get 50c if you're
lucky.
Forget SCO. The weight of the code they are complaining about
has been announced (it's code that wasn't even theirs, and
belonged to Sequent, who were bought by IBM). They will get
their arses sued off by RedHat & IBM, Novell and SuSE will join
the fray too no doubt. When this does hit the courts IBM
will carve them up like a frog in a biology class.
