I doubt they would be worth anything after their battles. Considering
the executives sold 119,000 shares after they filed a suit with IBM, 
(Me thinks there is insider trading issues that wall street might need to
look at) something is dodgy. I think if more companies join RH in suing SCO 
whilst they are battling IBM and their counter suit I think SCO might just 
hit Chapter 11, unless Microsoft comes to the rescue. At the end of the day 
you'd be paying $1,400 and trying to sue a $2 company. Actually can the
Linux group take SCO to the ACCC stating SCO is doing the following
1. Employing scare tactics before a court decision has been rule.
2. Extorting $1,400 from Linux users
3. Insider trading knowledge by way of selling shares after filling a suit
against IBM. Thus making profit from not disclosing the content of their 
suit (This is something like what rivkin got in jail for)
It's just a suggestion. :)
