> Hmmm, > Well I'm going to buy a SCO Linux licence... > And when and if it is found that SCO is wrong... I can sue them for mega > $$$ because of their extortion! I doubt they would be worth anything after their battles. Considering the executives sold 119,000 shares after they filed a suit with IBM, (Me thinks there is insider trading issues that wall street might need to look at) something is dodgy. I think if more companies join RH in suing SCO whilst they are battling IBM and their counter suit I think SCO might just hit Chapter 11, unless Microsoft comes to the rescue. At the end of the day you'd be paying $1,400 and trying to sue a $2 company. Actually can the Linux group take SCO to the ACCC stating SCO is doing the following 1. Employing scare tactics before a court decision has been rule. 2. Extorting $1,400 from Linux users 3. Insider trading knowledge by way of selling shares after filling a suit against IBM. Thus making profit from not disclosing the content of their suit (This is something like what rivkin got in jail for) It's just a suggestion. :)
