One problem area has been general accounting software. Sometimes specific software packages can be "make-or-break" for migration. You might like to check which specific software will be needed and ask about that. One problem area has been general accounting software. I've switched from MYOB to SQL-Ledger. You would get lots of stories from the SQL-ledger mailing list. I know there are quite a few aussies using it. The same probably applies in other areas.
