And? If other customers want DRM win-bios machines, machine suppliers with as broad a range as IBM and HP will just have a few 'windows only' machines in that range. (And assuming that Pheonix still produce non DRM BIOS, they'll probably be the same hardware, just different BIOS flash burnt in.)
