I've been using the Information Technology Credit Union for quite some (about 6-8+ years) and have been extremely happy. Net banking works sweetly in Galeon on Debian/ppc (Sid).

I'm like to second that I have been with Intech since 1998 and have never had a problem with them.
There customer service is great and because they area Credit Union they do not let customers get into too much trouble.
