I don't have a 'now' answer for this, but I think we'll get to a point where information like this will be available and updateable via amavis or clam in the near future. The problem right now is that amavis has been multiply forked and obstructed for some time, so there hasn't been a lot of inter-project work on this stuff. Perhaps something like scrubber [1] will usurp amavis. I don't know; I've ITPed it for Debian, but I kinda feel that Python or Perl glue will continue to be the sane approach.
