I discovered that Debian includes a file with their amavis-new package advocating turning sender notification off: /usr/share/doc/amavisd-new/README.policy-on-notifications.gz if you have this package installed, http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/README.policy-on-notifications for everyone else. It doesn't have any arguments that haven't been brought up here, save that some anti-virus notifications bounce the virus back too! -Mary -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User's Group Mailing List - http://slug.org.au/ Subscription info and FAQs: http://slug.org.au/faq/mailinglists.html
