Ok, it'd help to know exactly what you're upgrading to. It sounds to me
like you've got mismatched versions of bonobo and everything else. I'd
suggest that downgrading probably isn't the right answer -- it's
generally a lot of work. I'd suggest upgrading everything to versions
from a single distribution. yum is a better tool for this than up2date,
so stick with it for now, just make sure your sources list is right.
