Sluggers,
I'm wondering if anyone knows of a terminal emulation program on Linux that provides Regis support (That Dec "standard" for drawing graphics on hardware terminals like the vt240 and above). We have some "legacy" applications that run on an openVms system and are accessed from old Dec hardware X-terminals that are slowly dying. Everyone thought that we could just replace them with LTSP style linux with X-window support but.... turns out that the programs don't use X at all but do all their drawing in a Regis terminal window that is provided as part of the X-Terminal OS. So far I've found software terminal emulation programs only emulate up to a vt220 with no regis support (gnome-terminal, Eterm, kterm, xterm). :-(
Any one know of a Linux terminal emulation program that works well in an old Dec environment?
TIA's
