I've just got myself a thumb drive to store those little tidbits you might
want to store on one, and I thought I'd Do The Right Thing and use JFFS2 on
it rather than kill it prematurely with ext2/3, Reiser, or XFS.

Problem is, I can't work out how to wedge the filesystem on there and mount
it as per normal. I configured MTD and JFFS2 into the kernel (well, modules,
but you get the idea) and install mtd-tools. mkfs.jffs2 doesn't look real
friendly, and google://<lots of relevant search terms>/ has yielded no useful
information.

So, has anyone managed to get JFFS2 working on your average USB memory stick,
and if so, how did you do it? There's no shortage of documentation on how
to work with DiskOnChip things and other embedded-device-type things, but
nothing I can find on JFFS2->USB memory sticks.

Thanks,
- Matt
