[Apologies to anyone who gets this multiple times] The Annual General Meeting of ComputerBank Sydney, Inc. will be held on 10 October 2004, commencing at 2pm, at Lifeline Western Sydney, 153 George St Parramatta.
In order to be able to vote at the AGM or be elected, you must be a current
member of ComputerBank Sydney. You can become a member or renew your
membership (as appropriate) on the day, prior to the commencement of the
AGM. Membership is currently free.
AGENDA
1. Presentation of Annual Reports from:
a. President
b. Secretary
c. Treasurer (including full and complete financial statements for
the financial year 2003-2004)
2. Election of office-bearers and ordinary members of the committee of the
association.
ADMINISTRIVIA
Nominations for office bearers and ordinary members of the committee may be
made at any time prior to the AGM by submitting the nomination to the
Secretary (me). All nominations must be supported by two members (a
nominator and a second) and accepted by the nominee. Naturally the nominee
must be a member of ComputerBank Sydney at the time they are nominated.
Proxies must be completed and copies given to both the proxy and the
Secretary prior to the AGM. You can submit electronically, however your
proxy nomination must then be signed by an OpenPGP key recognised as trusted
by me via the Web of Trust (if you're not sure of your status, send me a
signed e-mail and I'll let you know). If that doesn't make any sense to
you, just fill the form out by hand and post it.
Proxy forms must be received by myself at least 24 hours before the
commencement of the meeting, so your proxy cannot hand it to me at the
meeting.
Copies of all forms and my postal address are available on request.
