An approach would be to find partners to help. An example would be the Computer Bank and NCOSS (Council of Social Services).
You then have these two groups who represent and help people of low income. Between the two they approach St George Bank and also send out press releases about how the people that they represent cannot afford the newest computers and also to have M$Windows installed.
