Anybody tried booking an online fare with Qantas (Qaint-ass?).
Just wasted an inordinate amount of time trying to do so firstly with Opera, then with FireFox.
Finally, guessing at the problem, tried (what else) IE, to find that the site uses pop-ups that give no indication of existing when using a REAL browser. Heaven help those without the ability to use (when all else fails) IE.
At least JAL doesn't have this "problem". No wonder poor old Qantas is trying to send jobs off-shore to save money. Perhaps they'd be better off sending their IT off-shore. They might get more business online then.
That's my rant for the day.
Totally PO'd off with Qantas.
