I was thinking "webcam" type thing streaming images to the WiFi "box".  Not 
sure if the serial is RS232 or USB.  If it's USB, you're home and 
hosed....RS232 OTOH could be a bit slooooow.

Ultimately what I'd REALLY like is stereo webcams to capture two images and 
stream them back to a set of 3D goggles (or something) and fly a model from 
a real pilot's-eye-perspective.  Now THAT would rock!  (plus would have 
real-world applications for search-and-rescue, fire-spotting, military 
etc).
