When I create an appointment on my PDA then sync with evolution the time might be off by a few hours, it is usually also put on the wrong day.
Syncing from evolution to my PDA also has the same issue but if I open and do a minor change to any field for that appointment then it fixes the time. But anyway back on topic. If you want a smart phone the XDA (aka imate) line from O2 is awesome.
