a dumb question: I notice there are some RH updates to apache, these can be 'yum update'ed' from RH/fedora updates server;
so, yum tells me: I will do the following: [update: apache.i386] Getting apache-1.3.27-8.legacy apache 100 % done Updated: apache.i386 gzip.i386 Transaction(s) Complete but, how does this work, apache is a running process/server, doesn't someone need to take it down and restart after the update ? does yum takes care of that...? do I need to restart it ? -- Voytek -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User's Group Mailing List - http://slug.org.au/ Subscription info and FAQs: http://slug.org.au/faq/mailinglists.html
