The devices would be seen in /dev/dvb, and dmesg would show it. But any attempts to use the devices wouldnt work. I think going higher kernels from the default would resolve it. But sold the card in the end as I was not impressed by it. Twinhan cards work alright. My net plan is to maybe get a mini-itx box and do a pxe netboot of the mini-itx machine from the backend and then have it boot into X and run a mythfrontend. However this will have to wait until late in the year, and possibly early next year. Although I might be able to test with another non mini-itx machine until which time I can buy the required hardware. I am also thinking of putting the frontend/backends on its own nic/lan segment. -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User's Group Mailing List - http://slug.org.au/ Subscription info and FAQs: http://slug.org.au/faq/mailinglists.html
