Ahh, not really - do you know how much that costs ????
If they can't afford to re-cable CAT5, they definitely aren't going
to fork out for BBSM, LRE switches and CPE.
All of the rooms have standard telephone cable, but he cannot justify
the cost of a full Cat 5 cabling job.
