Yep, In their position I'd do the same. So I can't criticise.

The "Mum and Dad", market means deal with the Intellectuals who do sales
for eg Harvey Norman.

Better build a "beach head" in corporate. then "but I use linux at work
why can't I buy it from Harvey Norman?"

I believe long term more advantageous. In the mean time they don't go
broke trying.
