Since there is only one copy being "run" at any particular time, the clause is not violated. But all of this is "maybe" stuff. If push comes to shove, there are about a million arguments and counter-arguments and some judge has to make the decision. All I can say is that it appears to me that there is a good argument that the EULA is not being violated provided the MS stuff was licenced for the hardware. I can't say that the argument is bullet proof.
