I'll open my account with a fairly inocuous question...how do I flash
my bios? I have included a link to my mobo. I am building a box out of
spare parts and I thought the bios could do with updating.

If you dont know how to do it, then I suggest dont doing it. Cause if
you do it wrong, your board will be a brick.

Any reason why you feel you need to flash it?

To flash it, you need a bootable disk (dos) and the flash util and
bios (both from the manufacturer) and then you run the flash util with
switches including the location of the bios to flash and it does its
job (be warned as per above, you can brick your mainboard if you do
the wrong bios or dont do the procedure correctly).
