well if you search the site then you will find a BIOS section with downloads. download the file that corresponds with your motherboard and it should expand out to something that will create a bootable floppy.
boot your computer with this floppy and it will update your BIOS.
dont' screw up the process or your motherboard will not work and you'll have to find another bios chip from somewhere to get the whole thing working again.
