The ATO must *want* people to do online stuff, they went to the trouble and 
expense of mailing out a gazillion CDs to support the effort

So, the census folk can do a damn good job, do likewise.
I'n not prepared to arm-n-leg wangle with wine to use IE to help them out.
We'll wait to see what percentage of the pop. uses eCensus, but it's easy and 
nice to use.
