Hi guys,
how are you,
first something about me.
i just arrived in sydney to start here my 10month taking working-holiday-trip
trough the whole country. just before my trip started one of my friend
installed debian on my computer. all works fine-till i leave him...
now i've got some problems with my wireless card (intel pro wireless 3945).
when i try to start the driver all seems to work fine, but if i open 'iwconfig'
linux is not able to show me my device. and when i'm trying to start kismet or
other programs to find wireless access points, linux give me a error-message
like 'no such device'.
please help me =) i'm a total linux beginner, who just want to leave windows,
but it's so hard to understand all the stuff.
i really hope you can help me.i'm in sydney till 21.09. so i could visit you,
if this makes it easier for you.
see you and bye
Robert
