Not quite!
I easyubuntu'd, also pacman on my SuSE. Both are identical on 3 different 
machines:
I can watch 'most' dvds.
Monty Python 'meaning of life' reports no suitable codec
BBC Human Body reports 'encrypted DVD'

SuSE was libdvdcss built from latest source.
So all is not perfect ...
