I put a spare hard drive into my pc and copied accross some files and directories.
I then took the hard drive out and put it into another pc.
I then ls -la with the following results!
?--------- ? ? ? ? ? Data
?--------- ? ? ? ? ? john
drwx------ 2 ford$ 1000 16384 Sep 11 17:03 lost+found
drwxrwx--- 4 ford$ 1000 4096 Sep 4 16:11 music
Is there any good news or have I stuffed my directory (Data & john) backups?
