Thanks for your call.I have configured the switch to speed Auto and duplex auto 
and it is working fine now. By the way, is there any command in Linux I can use 
to Fix up my NIC to run Full duplex and Speed 100? By the way, I would like to 
be a member of SLUG. thanks again.

Login as root and type in the following commands and show us the output:

route -n

ifconfing -a
