R32 I think... do you really want me to actually look at it to find
out?? One major problem was that I couldn't install from CD - had to net
install to get any variant of linux on it. Urggh... don't remind me.

As to it being the downmarket version: I didn't know  that when I bought
it (second hand), and in any case, I had no problem with downmarket
Toshiba and Dell lappies.
