Not fumbled, but rather dependent upon which resource you consult. Oxford seems fine with both, but lists 'flyer' first. Chambers is vice versa. I was probably thinking of the Cambridge definition: 'flier (INFORMATION), US USUALLY flyer'. Oh well :/ I'm way off-topic, so enough of that. I shan't argue against your criticism. Yes, we could have done it better. It's a learning experience for us as well. Based on the responses that we've been getting, however, I would expect a strong attendance. If anything, we're more concerned about having too many people, hence our limited volume of active advertising.
