I have a (logic) problem with wine. I know next to nothing about it. I wanted to install it on the pc which is running Ubuntu.
I was hoping to use wine to run CorelDraw. Putting aside whether wine is/is not an emulator and whether CorelDraw is amenable to wine, I still have a problem; it is this:--- the entire pc is dedicated to running Ubuntu, ie., it's the only OS present. It seems to me that, like it or not, I'll have to partition the hard drive, install Windows and then install CorelDraw. Wine will run from Ubuntu, handshake with CorelDraw across the partition and all will be rosy in the garden. Or have I misunderstood something? Can anyone help/comment?
