I can see the necessity for the above - I frequently get requests to
setup small networks and turn them down because of time/$ ratio -
contracting 9-5 in a Megacorp is easier :-)

The only *Australian* part of above is "call *designated-support-firm*,
etc" - for this I would go with Alex Samad's suggestion of a meta deb, +
allow *designated-support-firm* to customize a conf file with details
and ssh keys to produce a live CD.
