I'm likewise having trouble with the Plextor PX760-SA in my workstation at home. I had assumed the problems derived from the Plextor (I believe a lot of its issues can be resolved by upgrading the firmware, especially burning to DVD+RW) but it would be interesting to hear others' experiences.
