Apologies for the hasty email and its somewhat lack of context. I am one of the moderators. The thread is being trapped with "suspicious headers" even though all headers look fine so am guessing at the subject. I have been manually approving all messages in the thread so far. I have no further access to anything to check it out further. The suspicious headers thing has been happening a lot the last few days.
