They offer 4 ethernet ports, a wifi AP _and_ two analogue phone ports. There's an antenna on the top of the box but we use a Yagi external antenna screwed down to the antenna socket instead, and get fine results at 30 km from the Next-G tower.
There's also a W20 (no phone service) and W35/W30 updates on this model. Fishermen use them at the Abrolhos Islands during the lobster season, connecting to Geraldton, kids on internet school of the air. Telstra also deploy them at their whim where there isn't a copper cable nearby. Not that I'm any fan of Telstra's agressive business model, and certainly not of the punitive excess-use charges that they impose, but Next-G is a great service technically. We bought these and the antennae through our Telstra rep.
