At least, I think he was - was there a procedural problem with any of that? While I'm here, I'll get a few other things accomplished: I'l second both Sridhar and Melissa for the positions of President and Secretary respectively. Ken Wilson has never done anything less than a stellar job as Treasurer. I'd like to nominate him for the same role again, if he's willing to shoulder this burden yet again.
