I can now get silent video perfectly, that is I get no sound. My sound card is a Creative Sound Blaster Live! and the onboard sound is turned off in the BIOS so all shpuld be fine. I have sound in all other applications and if I capture a flash file and play it back using Totem 2.22.1 I get sound.
