Last I remember, Mozilla+Flash tries to use the (obsolete) OSS framework instead of ALSA. I think there's a wrpper programme you can use to force use of ALSA, but its name currently escapes me. On a related topic, has anyone been able to get the GNU Flash replacement, gnash, working well? For me, it seems to leak memory, and use up lots of processor time without displaying things correctly --- same as the non-free flash player.
